Program: Ambassador
Program Description:
Welcome to the faculty application to lead a WSU Ambassador Program.Susan C

An Ambassador Program is a short term, faculty led, study abroad program.   Ambassador Programs are usually 1-3 weeks long, with about 10 students per faculty member.   These programs must have a corresponding class that is primarily taught while abroad and is typically 3.0 credit hours long, though exceptions apply.

Any WSU faculty member is encouraged to apply.  All applications are required to go though an approval process to determine their acceptance.

A complete application includes the following:
  1. Description of the program including academic class
  2. Estimated day by day itinerary
  3. Estimated budget using UCIE required budget worksheet
  4. Approval signatures from relevant department Chair and Dean
 
Faculty are highly encouraged to come and speak with the UCIE study abroad team to help build a successful application.
