Ambassador Programs

Ambassador Programs provide an opportunity for students to study for shorter periods of time with a group of WSU students at various sites around the world. These programs are led by Wright State faculty members.

These programs are for you if you would like to…

• Study abroad for a short amount of time (1-3 weeks)
• Enjoy a 3 credit hour class abroad with a group of fellow WSU students
• Pay Wright State tuition, and use Wright State financial aid

External Partner Programs

With our external partner programs, students are able to go abroad for a summer, semester, or yearlong. Through these partnerships students are able to transfer credits to WSU, apply financial aid options, and pay the program fee with WSU tuition waived. These programs are for you if you would like to…

• Be abroad for a summer, semester, or a full year
• Be exposed to living and studying like a local while still having the support of international staff
• Apply financial aid options to the program fee

Exchange Programs

Wright State University students can incorporate a study abroad experience into their degree program by participating in one of the many exchange programs offered through the University Center for International Education.Students can study in an intensive language program or can study business, history, literature, science, social sciences and many other areas in either English or the respective language spoken in the host country. Students can study abroad through exchange programs for summer semester or an entire year. Internships are also available in some countries. All financial aid and scholarships apply to exchange programs since students pay Wright State tuition.

• Be more independent
• Be abroad for a summer, semester, or a full year
• Be more immersed in the local culture
• Pay Wright State tuition, and use Wright State financial aid (all except Angers, France exchange)
