AIFS Study Abroad in San Jose, Costa Rica: Semester Internship
Earn up to 23 credits through an internship placement and a variety of courses when you intern with AIFS in San José, Costa Rica. The Internship Program allows students to gain valuable work experience and professional skills alongside their academic study. Students are placed in positions related to their major or interest and are assessed by meetings, as well as a final project and presentation. Placements are available in: business, education, hospitality, social sciences, international relations, local NGOs and more. A 3-day trip to Arenal Volcano, hot springs and the Monteverde Cloud Forest, a 3-day trip to Manuel Antonio National Park, and a day trip to Poas Volcano and La Paz Waterfall are included. Optional trips include a 3-day trip to Granada, Nicaragua, and a 2-day hiking and rafting trip to Sarapiqui.
