✈ Approval Submission: Submit the approved courses to your study abroad advisor, who will then register you for the term abroad.
✈ Changing Courses While Abroad: If you decide to change any courses while abroad, you will need to fill out a new course sheet and send it to your advisor as soon as you make the decision (even if you are abroad already). This ensures your credits are accurately transferred in a timely manner upon your return.

✈ Course and Grade Posting: The advisor will ensure that your courses and grades are posted to your academic record, if you have any questions about your grades being posted to your WSU transcript please contact your study abroad advisor. .

Updating Your Academic Transcript

✈ Missing Credits: If the credits from your program aren't appearing as expected, inform your study abroad advisor immediately. They will help reevaluate and correct any discrepancies in your course records.

By staying on top of these steps, you can ensure a smooth credit transfer process and make the most of your academic experience abroad.
